In June 2022, Becky and Lloyd got married and I was there to capture the gorgeous day.

As always I arrived three hours before the ceremony, the perfect time to start photographing the details and everything coming together. Its also good for me to be there as the bridal party start getting to know me, comfortable with me being around and any issues such as awkward buttons, necklaces etc.

When Lloyd arrived with his groomsmen I popped over to the bar to photograph them.

Then it was back to Becky to photograph the dressing, reveal and dressed portraits.

The ceremony was gorgeous, Becky walked down the aisle to her husband-to-be holding their daughter.

During the signing when I asked Lloyd to give Becky a kiss he gave her the biggest kiss on her cheek.

Before walking back down the aisle I always ask the bride and groom to have another kiss so I can capture it from the other side, this shot is gorgeous as it shows the trees supplied by Best buds by Samara and the views the guests would have.

Next was confetti, and at Llanerch this is done outside the ceremony room. I told Becky and Lloyd to hold hands, smile, look to each other, look to their friends and family and just enjoy. The photos are FULL of happy smiles.

I took some time to capture candid shots of guests congratulating the couple and then I photographed family and friend groups during this time.

While the guests were making their way to the marquee I took the opportunity to capture some portraits of the newlyweds amongst the vineyard. Some romantic, some fun!

They were then introduced into the marquee as the new Mr & Mrs, I left them to relax for food with their guests.
After food the wonderful Picasso Griffiths arrived and it was such a joy watching him draw the guests and then reveal his masterpieces.

After some time I took the bride and groom for a walk in Llanerch woodland as in the Summer the evening is the best time for portraits. The sun is lower giving you nicer colours, longer shadows, better skies and in this time its generally quiet and the perfect time to do this.

They had the most fun cutting their cake and couldn’t really keep a straight face, and thats fine as I want your shots to be as authentic as possible. Same fun came for the first dance, with a heartfelt joining of family halfway through.
